Since Real Estate is a local business built on local relationships working together to service the transaction, you can invite your favorite Broker to participate.  You can even share in the cost of the system.


How does it work?

Step 1) A Mortgage Broker sponsors a Mortgage Link that is associated with an Agent's keywords. The Mortgage Link  contains a  Mortgage calculator page.

Step 2) A buyer responds to the Agents keyword by sending in a text message with a keyword.

Step 3) The buyer then clicks on the Mortgage Link where he/she is able to quickly calculate the cost of a mortgage.

Step 4) The Broker is notified when a person clicks on the Mortgage Link.  This creates instant brand awareness.

Step 5) The Agent or the Broker contacts the prospective buyer.
