1. Individual Agent Plan - $25 a month for 5 keywords.

This plan is designed for real estate agents. It will allow you to create your own unique keywords. (We suggest an agent's last name) Then your 5 keywords will be locked for your use only. e.g Smith1, Smith2, Smith3 etc. These keywords are transferable from property to property so you can use cityphone at 5 different homes for just $25 per month.


2. For Sale by Owner Plan - $100 one time fee

This plan is designed for those people who want to sell just one house. You will create one keyword and can use the service for up to 6 months at no additional cost. This keyword is non transferable to any other house.

3. Office Plan - Call 214-368-4170 for pricing

This plan is designed for small real estate offices or large real estate corporations that want to manage multiple listings and multiple agents under one umbrella.  The Office Plan features an Administrative console that allows real estate office managers or C-level Executives to manage all aspects of the mobile real estate experience.  Most importantly, management call look at activity reports across all agents and listings.

4. Website Integration Plan - Call 214-368-4170 for pricing

Our service can easily be integrated into any website.  Once integrated, prospective buyers can send mobile listings, from your website, direct to their cell phone with the click of a button.  


*Buy Additional Keywords - 1 keyword $5 per month

When business is busy you can add additional keywords to your account. Each additional keyword is just $5 a month and will automatically be added to your monthly subscription fee. It’s that easy.
